Product Description
A set of four excellent injector nozzles for Perkins 4.107 engines that have the correct type of tip for all marine and automotive versions of this engine.
The nozzle is the only wearing part of the injector and with new injectors becoming prohibitively expensive, the alternative option of reconditioning your existing injectors by fitting a new set of nozzles is a realistic and cost effective option. The only tools you will need are a bench vice and a 22mm ring spanner!

- Manufactured by Delphi, DTP or Seven (DTP are manufactured by a German company, Seven nozzles are manufactured in Italy )
To finish the job off properly, you are going to need to replace the injector sealing copper washer, so we include a set of four with the kit.

They arrived quickly. They were very inexpensive. My mechanic had no problem installing the nozzles and also testing the injectors before putting them back on the engine. He is a very experienced diesel marine engine mechanic and he was impressed with them.
