Quality aftermarket 'standard impeller kits' and 'raw water pump service kits' for the factory marinised version of Perkins 4.108 fitted with the bronze engine driven 'Jabsco' raw water pump. Our impellers are excellent quality 12 blade neoprene rubber impeller on a splined brass coupling with the following dimensions.
Impeller diameter 57 mm
Shaft diameter 16 mm
Impeller width 31.5 mm
The 'standard impeller kit' includes the impeller, a rubber spline cap, a tube of glycerine lubricant, an end-plate gasket and full fitting instructions.
The 'raw water pump service kit' is available for various engine options and includes the above parts, along with a set of brass end plate screws and the nitrile rubber shaft seal (with stainless spring) which locates in the pump body behind the impeller.
The 'raw water pump overhaul kit' includes the above parts, along with a brass cover plate, brass wear plate, oil seal, (with stainless spring), shaft bearing and the impeller drive shaft
The 'raw water pump overhaul kit with pump alignment tool' includes the above parts and the pump alignment tool used to centralise the adaptor plate to ensure reduced wear on the drive shaft components and as specified in the Perkins workshop manual.
