My order has arrived damaged...... Please use the contact us link to alert us of the problem and include your order number.  Please take some photos of the damage package or parts. We will ask you to forward photos of the damage after contacting you. 

I have received the wrong item...... If we have incorrectly supplied an item we will attempt to resolve this as quickly as possible. Please use the contact us link and include your order number.  We will contact you and may request photos in order to understand the issue. 

What do I do if I have used an incorrect shipping address? ...... We can make amendments to the shipping address if your order has not been shipped. Please call us on +44 (0)114 2728626.  Please note some destination changes may incur additional costs. 

Can I change my order after I've submitted it?...... Yes as long as the order has not been shipped, please call us on +44 (0)114 2728626.

Personal information...... We only keep the minimum amount of information necessary to process your order.  We do not store any credit or debit card information. 

Order hasn't arrived
If your parcel hasn't been delivered then please check the following:
1. Find your parcel's progress using the tracking number and link in your email confirmation of shipment.
2. Check if an 'attempted delivery' card has been left for you, or your neighbours have accepted your parcel, or your order might be waiting at a local Post office or delivery depot.
