- Mid Grey
This is a high quality, '2 hour' drying time one-part Synthetic Alkyd Enamel. It offers fast surface drying, good through drying even in thick films and outstanding film hardness and toughness. In addition, yellowing is minimal even after prolonged exposure to higher temperatures.

Paint that protects
When you paint a marine engine and ancillaries , it’s not just to look smart but prevent corrosion in a hostile environment.
The primer and engine paints supplied by Parts4Engines have been very satisfactory in my experience.
A quick scuff and degrease , rinse and dry and you’re ready to go .
My advice , warm up the components before a light dust coat first of the primer , it’s specially formulated for engines being an enamel , then build it up coat by coat , light sanding between coats if a smooth finish is required, then it’ll cover woth the engine enamel paint of your colour choice far more sparingly and the 400ml aerosol will go a long way and last years as a durable water resistant coating to protect your engine after any work or maintenance carried out .
